In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gbd3 website accessible at gbd3.io and all associated mobile applications and services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the gbd3 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player profile and associated wallet maintained by gbd3 on behalf of the Player.
• "Balance" means the total deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or free bet credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited funds and cleared withdrawal-eligible winnings held separately from Bonus Funds.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other published policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the other policy expressly states otherwise.

2.3 gbd3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

3.1 The gbd3 Platform is intended exclusively for adults. Players must be aged 21 years or older to register and use any service on gbd3. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Registration is open to individuals who are physically located within Bangladesh at the time of registration and use. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any local laws or regulations applicable to them.

3.3 The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on gbd3:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from gbd3 or any affiliated platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of gbd3 or its technology and gaming providers;
• Persons who have been permanently excluded from gbd3 for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 gbd3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Player at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4.1 Each Player may hold only one registered account on the gbd3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials including username, password, and any OTP codes. gbd3 must be notified immediately at [email protected] if a Player becomes aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account.

4.4 gbd3 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where an account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account provisions set out in Section 7.5 of these terms.

5.1 gbd3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity, age, and payment details of Players. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any subsequent point during the Player's account lifecycle.

5.2 Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming residential address in Bangladesh (dated within 90 days);

5.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. gbd3 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide the required documentation promptly.

5.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the gbd3 Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by authorised gbd3 compliance staff only and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

6.1 gbd3 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money transfers. Minimum deposit thresholds for card transactions may differ and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

6.2 Players may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 6.4 Deposits are typically credited to a Player's gbd3 Account within minutes of a successful transaction. In the event of a delay, Players should contact gbd3 support via live chat with transaction reference details.

7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Players may withdraw Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 and any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

7.2 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). 7.4 Players may not withdraw Bonus Funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.

7.5 Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. gbd3 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances, deducted from the remaining Real Money balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of dormancy fees. Accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in.

8.1 gbd3 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions. 8.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from Real Money Funds. Bets are placed using Real Money Funds first; Bonus Funds are staked once the Real Money balance is exhausted, unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise.

8.3 Standard wagering requirements for gbd3 bonuses are stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not qualifying for withdrawal at the end of the validity period will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

8.4 gbd3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to an active promotion will not affect players who have already opted in prior to the change, except where required by law or where the promotion was offered in error.

9.1 All bets placed on gbd3 are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for reviewing the details — including selection, stake, odds, and market — of each bet before confirming. gbd3 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error unless a manifest error is identified as described in Section 9.4.

9.2 gbd3 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets across cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), snooker, and other sports. Live betting markets close at the discretion of the gbd3 trading team and may be suspended or removed without notice.

9.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits per market are displayed on the relevant betting interface. gbd3 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any Player's account without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are identified.

9.4 Manifest Error: A manifest error is defined as an obvious mistake in the offered odds — for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true market price due to a technical or human error. gbd3 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds affected by a manifest error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in full where a void decision is made.

9.5 Match Abandonment and Postponement: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a result within the standard time frame, gbd3 will settle affected bets in accordance with the market-specific rules published on the Platform. In general, if a cricket match does not achieve the minimum number of overs required for a valid result, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.

No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any gbd3 content without express written permission.

12.2 Game assets, titles, and interfaces provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of the respective supplier and are used on the gbd3 Platform under licence.
